No, gels cannot damage your natural nails. The damage occurs when the gel isn’t removed correctly. As gel adheres to the nail plate. If you remove it incorrectly by pulling or tearing your gel off, it will take thin layers of your nail plate with it.
We advise you to book a gel removal so that we can remove the gel properly and professionally.

BIAB is a thicker gel used to help strengthen and grow the natural nail. We would recommend infills for this treatment every 3 weeks to avoid lifting.
